この日も雲が拡がり透明度も悪い。いつものバーローの拡大のためのスペーサーを取って撮像する。画像も暗く、ゲイン変化も激しく色調の設定もまだ出来ない。NPRからやや南にかけての高緯度地方に指で押したような模様がある。

コメント：GRSの出現から没までを見てみた。
GRS後方に目立った白斑が見えます。

I tried to send this earlier in the evening, but I do not believe it was successful.

I have attached a set of images taken last night.  Seeing was good to very good, but transparency dropped off as
high cloud drifted in during the first set of filtered images.  This limited me to one set of images through each filter.

Europa is seen in transit across the disk (especially in the IR/methane), and the GRS is beginning its approach of the CM.

Telescope/camera/filter data is listed below:
Telescope:     30cm SCT @ f28
Camera:        ATK-1HS, 320 x 240 mode
Filters:          Luminance - Schuler Clear w/IR Rejection, 30 sec @ 30fps
Red - Schuler Red, 30 sec @ 30fps
Green - composite from Red/Blue data
Blue - Schuler Blue, 45 sec @ 20fps
IR - Schuler IR Pass 830nm cut-on, 120sec @ 5fps
Methane - Custom Scientific 889nm, 18nm FWHM, 20 x 7.5 sec
UV - Schuler UV 340nm, 100 x 1 sec
Image Capture via K3CCD Tools
Image Processing via Registax 3.0

Attached is an image from last night. I used a 25.4cm f/12 refl., 2X barlow, no filter, ToUcam Pro, Registax 3, and Photoshop Elements. Seeing was 7/10 and trans. was 3/5.

Poor conditions. Seeing poor-fair (Pickering 3-6.)
Transparency poor (1.0-2.0mag) thick high clouds & thunderstorms nearby. 
No wind. Moderate dew.
