解説（安達）
　林氏の画像は、条件が良くなく、詳細はつかめませんが、南極冠はこのよう
な状態でも分かり、かなりはっきりした状態で見えていることが伺い知れます。
Elias Chasiotis氏は、今回が最初の報告です。中央にシルチス(Syrtis
major;290W,+10)が出ている経度です。画像のもっとも上は南極冠です。その
すぐ下に見える明るい部分がヘラス(Hellas;290W,-50)です。ほとんど普通の
姿です。アエテリア(Aetheria;240W+40)付近が白くなっているのは夕霧ではな
いかと思われます。(reported by 2 observers)

The condition of Mr. Hayashi's image is bad, and details are not
understood. However, existence understands such a state as for the
South Pole Cap. It is understood to see it in a considerably clear
state. This time is the first report to Mr. Elias Chasiotis. It is
 a longitude to see Syrtis major (290W,+10)  at the center. It is
the South Pole Cap of the image on. The bright part seen below soon is
Hellas (209W,-50). Most these are usual appearances. It seems that it
is an evening mist that the vicinity of Aetheria (240W+40) has whitened.

今期、初の火星観測を報告しておきます。
シーングが良くなく、眼視では極冠が確認できますが
撮影では、イマイチです。

Elias Chasiotis ( 125mm EXT : Atik 1-C webcam)

my name is Elias Chasiotis and i live in Markopoulo, Greece.
I own a 5-inch Meade ETX 125 Telescope and Atik 1c webcam. Despite the telescope's very small diameter some of my images may be interesting for you.
For example on 23 April 2005 i captured a photo of Mars that shows a lot of detail and an unusually bright white area (except for the polar cap).
I found out that it was Arabia area. I wonder if it is natural Arabia to be so bright or it is something unusual.
