解説（安達）
　見事な画像が報告された。メリディアニ(Meridiani:0W.-5)が２つに分かれ
て写っている。西側のマリガリティファー(Sinus Margaritifer;25W,-15)と
の間が白くなっているのはふだんの見え方だ。デューカリオニス
(Deucarionis;350W,-15)は全体が暗く、ノアキス(Noachis;355W,-40)との境目
ははっきりしない。２００３年に濃化した東デューカリオニ
ス(Deucarionis;350W,-15)はいくらか淡くなったように感じる。今回の観測で
特記すべきことは、南極冠に割れ目が見えてきたことだ。
　今シーズンの観測で、このように存在がはっきりしたのは最初の記録とな
った。2003年は、この日のLsでははっきりした見え方をしていた。2003年６月
２４日のD.C.Parker氏の画像がほぼ同じものに当たるが、今回の極冠の画像は、
この時と同じ様子を示している。マリガリティファー(Sinus Margaritifer;25W,
-15)の東側が明るく写っているが、この画像だけではダストストームかどうか
は判断できないが、要注意だ。(reported by 1 observer)

  A splendid image was reported. In the image, Meridiani divides into
two and it is reflected. It is the white between Sinus Margaritifer
on the west side and it is how usually that it is reflected to see it.
The whole of east Deucarionis is dark, and the verge with Noachis is
not made clear. Deucarionis regio that had been concentrated in 2003
seems to have become light a little. What should be mentioned specially
in this observation is that the crack came into view to the South Pole
cap. It is the first record that existence was clear by the observation
at this season. Clear how to see it was done in Ls on this day
in 2003. Mr. D.C.Parker's image June 24, 2003 is almost the same way
to see. The image of this polar cap indicates this time and the same
appearance. It cannot be judged whether it is a dust roughhouse in
this image alone though the east side of Sinus Margaritifer is bright
and it is reflected. However, this is a caution needed.
