解説(安達)
NPHの白雲は局部的に明るい部分ができている。恐らく低気圧だろう。全体
的に、目立った変化は見られない。(reported by 3 observers)
As for white clouds of NPH, a bright part is partially made. It might
be a low-pressure. Overall
a remarkable change is not seen. (reported by 3 observers)

Last night, Oct 8, seeing was fair-good,transparance much better then the previous session on Oct 7
which was taken through low clouds/mist.Transparance was now very good, and image contrast much higher.
Visuall impressions were exellent at 300x magn.
Here is already a first result, featured as a red/blue light difference GIF.
The Arsia orographic cloud is near the limb as a bright area.
(10 inch Newton & ATK-1HS @ 0.08´´/p f/60 Red/Blue.
Attached are results of my last night's Oct 8, observing session. Seeing was fair-good,transparance very good, still some haze.
Note the typical beautiful cyan color of the NPH.There is some haze visible from the NPH,spreading out over a larger part of the
northern limb in a wavy structure.
The atmospheric view, blue light image, shows a lot of cloud activity. Most obvious indeed the orographic cloud in the Arsia region
but there is much more cloud especially directly below Solis Lacus in the Tharsis region. These clouds are a bit less contrasty then the
Arsia cloud is.
Here is an L-RGB version of this image, with some better contrast in the details. Not only the Arsia cloud is visible near the limb
but there is a whole band of clouds in the Tharsis region below Solis Lacus, seen in the image as a yellowish haze.Note also the long
elongated an wavy shape of the NPH-/haze.

A second RGB result taken from 02:09-02:12 UTC
This image from Oct 8, from 01:58-02:01 UTC is added with a High Contrast luminance blue light layer to enhange
the visibility of the cloud activity in the Tharsis region. The Arsia volcano cloud is as a very bright large area
visible next to the limb.
The 'extention' of this area, another band of clouds is visible directly below Tithonius Lacus also
in the Tharsis region. The smaller HC blue light images shows almost only the atmospheric view.
Note in the L(blue)R-sG-B image also the concentrated edges of Achillis Fons/Idacus Fons, just near the terminator.
(10 inch Newton & ATK-1HS @ 0.08´´/p f/60 L-RGB).
Attached is a re-processed image taken October 8. The area of Alba Patera/Arcadia appears as a bay
within the NPH..!
