解説（安達）
福井氏の画像では、夕方のリムが全面的に黄色く、ダストベールに覆われて
いる様子が記録されている。表面のコントラストが低い原因がこれによるもの
だということが分かる。南半球の朝霧はいつもの様に明るく、この付近に水蒸
気が多くあることが分かる。(reported by 8 observers)
In the image of Fukui,limb in the evening is completely yellow,and
the appearance covered with dust veil is recorded. It is understood
that the cause with low contrast on the surface is due to this. As
for the morning mist of the southern hemisphere,it is understood that
there are brightly always a lot of steams in this vicinity.

北半球の夕霧は青白いが赤道以南では白くなっているのが
眼視で分かる。朝霧が点在している。北極雲が変わらず
居座っているが、南極にも青白いものが眼視では見えた。
南極冠が画像ではあるようなないような。

久しぶりにましなシーイングであった。ブルークリアリングが発生していないときはB1とB2では全く描写が異なることが今期の観測で判ったことだが、この日もB1B2の画像は共通点がある（特にシレーン）ので、まだ弱いブルークリアリングは継続中のように感じる。ちなみに11月8日のブルークリアリングは強いブルークリアリングだと思う。

コメント：気流も悪いのですが、雲が行き交い撮像も大変であった。
火星の季節もLSが330度近くとなり、視直径も１７秒を割って
しまった。

Taken last night,seeing was approx 7-8/10. This is just one image of
about 6 taken approx 1/2 apart. Will process the others
tonight. All details on the image.
This images was a test shot as the seeing was so good last night at
midnight. I put my 3XBarlow with my 2X to see if I could
still manage a good image. I was pleased with what I saw on the laptop
and while I processed the image late at night(morning)
it turned out better than expected. I will process properly tonight (if
its cloudy) :-)
