コメント:昼間は割合穏やかであったが、夕方近くになり突風が吹き始めた。
このため、シーイングは良くなかった。
変化は無いように見える。エリシウムがなんとか白く見える。

It had a hard time very much though the seeing was very bad
and the focus putting .

たいへんシーイングが悪く、ピンとがあわせられない状態でした。

Here are some Mars images from this evening. Note the dark "atmospheric hole" in blue light over Mare Erythtraeum (which seems totally devoid of any mist/haze.) SOme mist over the SPC and Hellas.

Too late to wish you a Merry Christmas, but at least I attach here
a Christmas 2005 souvenir of Mars (Weather has been rather cloudy this
month and Dec. 25 evening was one of the rare clear evenings (although it
got cloudy before I really finished my second observation).

But I take the opportunity to Wish You a Happy New Year 2006 with plenty
of good images, good sky transparency, good seeing... and the health
needed for numerous and long observing nights!
