(Mare Acidarium;30W+50)
(reported by 1 observer)

It is the same the 25th, and the vicinity of Tharsis (90W,+10) is
bright and is reflected in February. It is brightly reflected by
a blue image. This is an appearance like white clouds. A bright part
looks the same the 25th because of not thinking easily if this is
dust storm. White clouds in an Arctic area are that being possible
to judge it from this image and this moment image is not so bright
excluding the vicinity of Mare Acidarium (30W,+50). It might be the
one to mean the formation of an NPC ends. (reported by 1 observer)

Here are some images from Feb 28th. Fair seeing. Solis Lacus is central. The SPH is bright, also a bright mist over Chryse. The NPC is also seen. Ascraeus and Arsia Mons can be seen as small spots.
