解説（安達）
柚木氏の画像によれば、ヘラス(Hellas;290W,-50)が明るいのは、淡く白
雲の出ている様子が記録されている。永長氏の観測によれば、NPCには明る
さの出入りが見える。赤道付近の白雲は一層はっきりしてきた。

As for Hellas (290W,-50) bright,the appearance of which white clouds
have gone out lightly is recorded according to the image of Yunoki.
Going of brightness in and out is seen in NPC according to the
observation of einaga. White clouds in low latitudes have been
made clear further. (reported by 6 observers)

Here is the last set of images from the recent spell of good weather. Good seeing again. Note the thick SPH has merged with the Argyre cloud. Mist over Chryse. Brilliant NPC.
