　瀧本氏は、NPCを非常にかすかなイメージでとらえている。肉眼では、と
らえられなかっただろう。Christophe PellerはNPCをはっきりと記録した。

Takimoto catches NPC in a very faint image. It is likely not to have
 been caught with the unassisted eye. Christophe Peller clearly

コメント：Deの値が−５度になり、北半球の状況が掴めるような状態で、
          北極付近が少し明るいが、北極冠は見えないようです。
