Conditions were fantastic this morning. This is my best image this season. This may be the boring side of Jupiter but lots of things are going on!
Most notable is the bright white spot appearing on the NEB just before the CM. This spot should develop into a rift in the next few days. The red band at the center of SEB is very resolved in this image. Note also the faint red banding at the SEBn.
Although the yellow color of the EZ and SEB is almost the same this image clearly shows the difference in the circulation of the two. Note the widening of the NEB at this region.
The STrD-2 is setting on the left. Note that the color of the STB is a bit darker than the STrZ. The blue bands on the NTrZ is accompanied by faint red bandings. There are a lot of dark spots on the NNTB along with the red band in this region.

Hi, another good session this morning. I've captured the side before the oval BA and the STrD.
Interesting to see the ring inside the oval.
These images are just after Chris session, and Io is in transit together with it's shadow.
Definetly Jupiter is getting better and Better.
