I have attached two sets of images from 21 December. The NPC is well formed. Note the bright localized cloud around 50 degrees south on the AM limb. From this a delicate cloud steak extends eastward across the Hellespontus and southern Hellas. This is a similar cloud formation observed in Dec.,2005 at Ls=335 degrees.
