北極の周囲とヘレス(Helles;338W,-58)付近に晴れた部分が記録された。尾崎氏は、
北極冠にぎざぎざしたものが見えると報告しているが、これは北極冠の変化を記
録したものだ。

The portion which cleared up the circumference and near Helles (338W,-58)
arctic was recorded. Although it had reported that the unevenness of
Ozaki was visible to NPC,this recorded change of NPC.
