　南極は晴れ間が広がっている。Donald C Parkerの画像ではアエテリア(Aetheria；
240W,+42)の暗斑とキンメリウム（Mare Cimmerium；230W,-20)がつながって記録
された。今まで、時々このように報告されることがあったが、非常に面白い。ま
た、画像の中央左の２５０Ｗ，＋１２付近に赤い小さな光点が記録されているの
が注目される。正体ははっきりしない。(reported by 1 observer)

In the South Pole, the interval of clear weather spreads out. By the
image of Donald C Parker, dark pattern and Mare Cimmerium
(230W,-20) of Aetheria (240W,+42) were connected and were recorded. It
is very interesting although it might be reported former sometimes in
this way. Moreover, it attracts attention that the small red light spot
is recorded on the central left of a image. True character does not

There is an orographic cloud over Elysium on PM limb and a high southern limb cloud over Eridania. The Aethiopis streak is prominent.
