解説（安達）
　Marc Delcroixの画像は細部までよく記録できている。北極冠の周囲の暗いバンドも
はっきりと記録された。北極冠の東西の広がりははっきりしないが、明るさはま
さしく北極冠そのものだ。(reported by 3 observers)

The ｉｍａｇｅ of Marc Delcroix is well recordable to details. The dark band 
around NPC was also recorded clearly. Although a spread of the east and
west of NPC does not clarify, brightness is the NPC itself surely.
