解説（安達）
 柚木氏が重要な情報を入れてきた。黄色の画像ではクサンテ（Xanthe；52W,
+13）付近が明るくなっている。これ１枚でははっきりしなかったが、後日これ
は北極冠の近くで発生したダストストームだと判明した。発生は３月１日だが、
地上からは小さすぎて観測されなかった。３月２日の柚木氏の画像ではテンペ
（Tempe；65W,+45）付近に黄色いバンドが見られるが、これはダストストームの
一部の可能性がある。３月３日は観測がないためはっきりしないが、４日になっ
てクサンテ（Xanthe；52W,+13）付近に達したようだ。３月１日にDonald C
Parkerが観測した北極冠のふちにできた雲は、東に広がりながら成長し、東西に
広がった。(reported by 3 observers)

Yunoki has sent important information. By the yellow image,near Xanthe
(52W,+13) is bright. Although not clarified by this one image,it became
clear that this is duststorm generated near the NPC later. But,from the
ground,generating was too small and was not observed on March 1.
Although the yellow band near Tempe (65W,+45) is seen by the image of
Yunoki on March 2,this has a part of possibilities of duststorm. Since
March 3 does not have observation,it does not clarify. It seems that it
becomes on the 4th and reached near Xanthe. The clouds made to edge of
NPC which Donald C Parker observed on March 1 grew spreading east,and
spread from east and west.
