解説（安達）
 クサンテ（Xanthe；52W,+13)付近が明るく見えている。この画像は白雲があまり
明るく表現されていない。したがって、これほどの明るさは、ダストストームの
可能性もある。しかし、これだけでははっきりしない。

Near Xanthe (52W,+13) looks bright. White clouds are not much bright and this
image is not expressed. Therefore,brightness like this has the
possibility of dust storm. However,it does not clarify only now.

Here are some images from March 19th. Note the cloudy tharsis area. Also Ascraeus/Pavonis Mons are quite prominent as dark spots.
