解説（安達） 北極を取り巻く黒いバンドが、大変よく目立つ。肉眼でもこの様子ははっきりし ている。この時期特有の姿だ。ヘラス（Hellas；295W,-50)の日の出は白雲がな く、目立たない。むしろ沈むときの方が明るく目立つようだ。 (reported by 4 observers) The black band which surround the North Pole is very conspicuous. This situation has clarified also visual observation. It is a figure peculiar to this time. The sunrise of Hellas (295W,-50) does not have white clouds and is not conspicuous. It seems that rather, the direction when sinking is brightly conspicuous.
