解説（安達） Simon Kiddの観測でも、北極冠は黄色っぽく記録されている。Antonello Medugnoの 観測では白いことから、黄色っぽくなっているが、淡いようだ。 (reported by 2 observers) NPC is recorded also with the observation of Simon Kidd appropriate for yellow. In observation of Antonello Medugno, it is recorded white. It seems that it is light although NPC has come appropriate for yellow.
