This made Neptune particularly challenging but stuck with it as there was a wonderfully sharp disk. Triton is usually well seen but was uncertain in these conditions. The moon was well up in the east tho' not a particular problem; but in the end resorted to the deep sky observer's method of covering my head with a dark cloth!
