Not technically Jupiter, but I'm pretty happy with this image and wanted to share
This is Ganymede taken at 1600UTC on June 29 in very good seeing from Nambucca Heads while Mike and I were there for our imaging trip.
I recorded 7500 frames of video for this image, taken through an Astrodon I-series Red filter, and stacked approx 4500 frames in registax, followed by deconvolution in Astra Image.
The raw data was resampled to 2x original size before processing. This is my best Ganymede image by far, and I've included teh JPL simulator view here as well to compare albedo features.
