Seeing was up and down again this morning,but there was one good patch around 5.30am. I really have to find a way to measure the seeing more accurately without leaving the target... I'd estimate that seeing was around 0.8" for this image,but that's just guesswork
There is a large rift visible in the NEB at lower left in this image.

今シーズン初めての木星観測となった。
庭のスライディングルーフでは屋根が邪魔になって、高度が低い木星はまだ望遠鏡に入らない。
仕方なく、久しぶりに２階のベランダのアトラクスに20cm反射を載せ撮像する。撮像道具一式を暗いベランダで組むが、スライディングルーフでの楽な撮像に慣れてしまっているため、数年前には毎度このような面倒な作業を繰り返していたのだなと我ながら感心する。
地表より数メートル架台が高くなったためか、シーイングの受けが比較的ましな気がする。しかし、木星の高度が低いためカラーバランスが赤に寄っていて処理に苦労した。
