曇り時々小雨の天気ですが、僅かな晴れ間があったので
1コマ撮影できました。
ただ、衝突痕を撮影するには遅過ぎだったので日没側の
リムに微かに写っている状態でした。

At 39 Degrees the Horizon! Seeing was very poor
information: telescope Celestron 11" Schmidt Cassegrain Focal lenght 2800 mm,focal ratio 10,
camera SKYnyx mono+3xBarlow,30fps total 3200 frames stacks

The oval BA remains faded and reddish material appears to have spread into the STB. CH4,UV,and IR images to follow.

I could finally give my sabbatical year an end when I learned about
Anthony's discovery and I couldn't resist any more to put my
hands on Jupiter!
On July 27 I had a nice opportunity to grab the impact area under decent seeing throu an IR pass filter

subject: green light high contrast image
23:48 UTC CM2=259 green channel HC
altitude 24° in poor seeing. The green channel image
was choosen as it had best separation of impact spt
off the limb darkening (10inch Newtonian )
