BAAのRogers氏から、白斑BAとその後方の小白斑がマージするだろう、という観測アラートが出されました。
しかも、数日以内に起こりそうです。どうか観測をお願いします。もちろんメタン画像も重要です。

以下は、11月10日のChristopher Go氏の観測に対して答える形で出されたアラートです。

クリスへ、
白斑BAの素晴らしい画像、おめでとう。11月1日の画像を送った時に貴方が予測したように、BA後方の
白斑は南に移動して、すぐにお互いの周りを回転し、そしておそらくマージするだろう。この過程は、
STB Remnant(残存物)の前方で、後方から接近している淡い青色のくさびによって明らかに引き起こされ
ていて、そしてこのくさびが、小さな高気圧性の白斑(今はリムがなく、もはや白斑であるどうか分から
ない)と非常に濃い低気圧性の暗斑の両方を移動させているようである。これらの変化は今までゆっくり
であった(＊)が、おそらく今後数日で非常に速やかに進行するだろう。高解像度画像が望まれる。

Hi Chris,

Congrats on that exciting view of oval BA.  As you predicted when you sent your image of Nov.1, 
the ovals following BA may be moving south, and could soon spin round each other and perhaps merge.  
The process is apparently being driven by the pale blue 'wedge' of STB that is approaching 
from the f. side, ahead of the STB Remnant, and this wedge seems to be displacing both the small
 white anticyclonic oval (now rimless - I don't know if it is an oval any more) and the very 
dark cyclonic oval.  These changes have been slow up to now*, but could possibly go very quickly 
in the coming days. Hi-res images will be desirable!
