解説（安達）
２００９年４月２８日
　日本国内最初の観測報告を永長氏から受けた。日本国内では、火星の地平高度は
まだ低く、観測条件は悪い。画像ではソリス（Solis lacus;90W,-25)からタルシ
ス（Tharsis；90W,+5)付近が見えているが、目立った変化はないようだ。南極冠
の様子は、この観測条件では厳しかったようだ。（reported by 1 observer）

The first observation report in Japan was received from Mr. Einaga. In Japan, 
the horizontal altitude of Mars is still low and observation conditions
are bad. It seems that there is no noticeable change although Solis
(90W,-25) lacus and near Tharsis (90W,+5) can be seen by the image. It
seems that observation of SPC was severe on this observation condition.
