解説（安達）

　観測条件は極めて悪いが、シルチス（Syrtis Major；295W,+10)全体が確認できる。
シルチス（Syrtis Major；295W,+10）は北側が黒く、普段の様子を示している。
SPCが見えにくく、ヘラス（Hellas；295W,-50)も明るいが、はっきりした様子は
分からない。(reported by 1 observer)

Although observation conditions are very bad, existence of whole Syrtis Major
(295W,+10) can be checked. The north side of Syrtis Major is black and
it shows the usual situation. SPC cannot be easily seen. Moreover,
although Hellas (295W,-50) is also bright, signs that it clarified are
