　フランスのStanislas Maksymowicz 氏の眼視観測が報告されている。コメントを見
ながらスケッチを見ると、たくさんの情報が得られる。北極はＮＰＣができつつ
ある状態だが、このときは南極地方が白いもやに覆われるが、肉眼で、その様子
をとらえている。また、明け方の南半球の高緯度の朝霧も
捉えている。アマゾニス（Amazonis；155W,+15）のダストストームは淡く記録され

French Mr. Stanislas Maksymowicz's visual observation record has been reported. 
Much information will be acquired if drawings is seen looking at a
comment. Although the North Pole is in the state which can be doing NPC,
the Antarctic region is covered with white mist at this time. Mr.
Stanislas Maksymowicz is a naked eye and he has caught the situation.
Moreover, the morning mist of the high latitude of the Southern
Hemisphere at dawn is also caught. It turns out that the dust storm of
