解説（安達） ２００９年９月３日 ベラルーシのYuri Goryachko & Konstantin両氏の画像は、非常に細部が良く記録さ れている。中でも、北極冠ではないかと思われる部分が見られる。ニロケラス （Nilokeras；50W,+30)のすぐ北側に白い部分が見られる。この位置は、今のＬ ｓではこの緯度でＮＰＣの南限がくるはずである。位置はこれでちょうど良いが、 画像が１枚しかなく、これ１枚で、北極冠だと決めることが出来ない。 (reported by 2 observers) As for the image of Yuri Goryachko & Konstantin both of Belarus, details are recorded very much well. The portion in which it seems that it is the North Polar Cap is looked at by this image. The immediately white portion on the north side of Nilokeras (50W,+30) is seen. In this position, southern edge of NPC should come by the present Ls by this latitude. Although a position is right just now, there is only one image. By this one sheet, it cannot be decided that it is the North Polar Cap.
