　フランスのJean Jacques Poupeau氏の画像によれば、ＮＰＣではないかと思われる
位置に白いものが記録されている。ドーナツ状に見えるところからＮＰＣの一部
だと考えられる。しかし、ＩＲの画像では、きれいなドーナツ状ではなく、アキ
ダリウム（Mare Acidarium；30W,+50)付近で切れている。このことから、ＮＰＣ
はまだ完全には出来ていないと考えられる。また、柚木氏の画像でも白い部分が
見られるが、まだＮＰＣだとは断定できない。(reported  by 2 observers)

According to French Mr. Jean Jacques Poupeau's image, the white pattern is 
recorded on the position considered to be NPC. It is thought from the
place which is visible in the shape of a doughnut that it is a part of
NPC. However, by the image of IR, it does not have the shape of a
beautiful doughnut. It has run out near Mare Acidarium (30W,+50). It is
thought that NPC is not completely made of this situation yet. Moreover,
although a white portion is seen also by Mr. Yunoki's images, it cannot
be concluded that it is still NPC. (reported  by 2 observers)
