２００９年１０月９日
　北極はフードに覆われていますが、ＮＰＣらしき姿が認められます。ヘラス
（Hellas；295W,-50）は明るく記録されていますが、地肌が直接見えています。
リ
ビヤ（Libya;275W,0)付近が白っぽくなっており、夕霧か氷晶雲のような姿に見
えています。(reported by 1 observer)

Although the North Pole is covered with the hood, the figure appropriate for 
NPC is accepted. Natural complexion can be directly seen although Hellas
(295W,-50） is recorded brightly. Near Libya (275W,0) is whitish and it
is visible to a figure like evening mist or water  ice cloud.
