　前日にあった、ボレオシルチス（Boreosyrtis；285W,+43)の北側の白雲は、すっ
かり衰えました。１日だけの雲だったようです。しかし、この付近のＮＰ Hood
は南側に大きく広がったことから、前日の白雲が拡散して広がった可能性が高い
と思います。柚木氏の画像によれば、日本からは山岳雲がたくさん見られるよう
です。氷晶雲は、今シーズンで最もはっきり記録されました。

The white clouds of the Boreosyrtis north side which suited on the previous day 
declined completely. It seemed to be the clouds which progressed only
one day. However, NP Hood of this neighborhood spread greatly on the
south. White clouds the previous day think that a possibility of having
been spread is high. It seems that much orographic cloud is seen from
Japan according to the image of Mr.Yunoki. water ice cloud was now
recorded most clearly in the season. (reported by 3 observers)

明け方になってもシーイングは好転しません。ユラユラとぼけています。
ただ、その割にはディティールが画像処理によって出ているように思います。
