2009/09/17_HTV-1 in approach for docking __________________________________________ Now that I write this, the Japanese Cargo Vehicle HTV-1 is already docked to the ISS. After chasing the International Space Station for seven days the HTV was grappled with the Canadarm2 and berthed to the station's Harmony Node. Here is an image of the HTV approaching the ISS for docking. We had great luck with the weather and the distance of the 2 spacecraft to get it into one image.
