The good conditions this morning allowed me to get that this is now my best
image of Jupiter in this opposition.
We hope to do even better in future!
Single movie by a minute at 30 fps 1 / 60 sec exposure of individual frames.

Good shooting everyone!

good seeing condition but low clouds prevent me to capture a decent rgb set

Here's an observation of Jupiter I made this morning. Seeing was around AII-III and we had some wonderful steady moments with good image definition. The SPR was dusky- perhaps some dark markings present in SPR? A bright elongated region and some white ovals could be made out in the SSTB,so too could the mottlings in the STB. SEB was present this morning- SEB(S) a light yellowish gold colour,SEB(N) was a light brown- some irregularities present. EZ was a bright white region,a couple of fairly prominent festoons present in the zone.
Most interesting was the NEB- there appeared to be large gaps in the belt as well as some fairly complex turbulent regions. I decided to make a strip drawin of the most interesting region- this is my first proper strip drawing so the longitude and details may be a little off,but in any case,it does represent fairly well how the region looked to me this morning.

Exactly a month since my last Jupiter image,I took a chance on fairly
unpromising seeing on the 10th,which alternated between a fuzzy blurriness and
periods of some detail visible on-screen,but with little overall movement of
the image. The results have turned out surprisingly good. Colours were captured
at 34fps and IR at 17fps.

Unfortunately this is not the side of Jupiter with the interesting action, where
according to recent images,BA looks to be getting "unwound" by the GRS.

With a nice southerly breeze. Some nice rifiting across the NEB. Part of the SEB appears lighter in the methane image.
