I am jumping over a large stock of unprocessed images from the last few weeks to
do the opposition pictures. On the night of the 20th/21st we has good seeing.
Jupiter,at the largest apparent size it has been in my lifetime,now is quite
hard to get into the frame of the SkyNYX 2-0 camera at the FL of a C-14 plus 3x
Barlow with interposed filter wheel. It ONLY JUST fits,so it becomes difficult
to avoid imaging edge effects because of this. These images are given actual size.

I have gone over to a presentation with celestial north at top as quite a few
other imagers are also doing it,and it makes a lot of sense to me (not least
being consistency with most other astronomical images).

Jupiter now has one "active" side and one remarkably inactive one,shown here.
However,the visual view in binoviewers was still impressive. This is a similar
longitude to that in Damian's marvellous image from Barbados taken 2 rotations
earlier.

衛星ガニメデが木星本体近くに見えていたので撮影してみました。

  シーイングはよかったのですが、うす雲がありました。
私にとって木星の詳細をとらえるには難しい状況でした。

Though seeing was good,it was slightly cloudy night.
So it was difficult for me to catch details on Jupiter.

コメント：BAに前方の暗班が目立っていました。メタンバンドでは、
暗班のBA寄り側が明るくなっています。
