Hi all,

Chris Go has sent this alert (below) with his latest images, showing a small
bright spot in the SEB, which may well be the start of the SEB Revival
outbreak.

(Apologies to those who get this more than once, but his main e-mail server
is down so he asked me to spread it more widely.)

The bright spot is near L2 ~290 (L3 ~ 150).  It appears to be in barge B2,
which has been white recently, but not nearly as bright as in this image.
Compare Chris's images with these longitudes on the CM on Nov.7.

Please observe this whenever you get the chance, to see if it expands and
brightens.  It will be well placed tonight for western European observers,
from ~22:30 to 01:00 UT.  (The sky here is clearing as I type...)  Then
tomorrow (Nov.10) for those in Arizona, from ~08:30 to 11:00 UT.

It was mostly cloudy this evening.  Seeing was excellent but transparency
was poor.

Note the bright spot on the SEB rising!  Is this the revival spot?

The NEB is still very busy.  Lots of activity there!

Chris Goから、SEB復活のアウトブレークの始まりと思われる、SEB内の小さな輝点
をとらえた最新の画像と警告を受け取った。
(これを複数回受け取ることを許していただきたい。なぜならば、彼のメール
サーバーがダウンしていて、彼からできるだけ広く伝えるように依頼された
からである。)

輝点はL2=約290度(L3=約150度)の近くである。輝点は、最近白くなっているが、
この画像ほど明るくなかったバージB2の中にあるように思われる。Chrisの画像で
11月7日のCMが同じ経度を比較して欲しい。

この輝点が拡がったり明るくなったりしているか、機会があれば観測して欲しい。
西ヨーロッパの観測者には、今夜22:30-01:00UTに見られる(タイプしている今は
晴れている)。その後、明日(11月10日)はアリゾナの観測者が8:30-11:00UTに見ら
れる。
これがSEB復活であると願おう。
