夜半過ぎまで粘りたいけど、明日のことを考え
我慢して切り上げました。

For some reason,the conditions in mid sussex were the best I have seen for
Mars. Visually I could see loads of detail at the eyepiece,so I knew I
was in for a good session. I could see fine detail on the screen when
focussing and during capture. I wish I had a bit more image scale.....

One day before the closed to Earth I take this L-RGB set at -9 degrees Celsius. I have 10 inch telescope at f/6.3 from Orion Optics (UK),camera Fire-i 785 Unibrain,filters L-RGB,barlow 3X. Very interesting the ring of North polar cup.

Here is a view showing some interesting cloud detail from last Tuesday,26th Jan,the only clear night for a while at my location. I've been trying to get a good image of this side of Mars since 2005 and was getting desparate ....can relax a bit now!

コメント：今シーズン、一番シーイングが良い日でした。6/10にしようかと
思うほどでしたが、G、B画像が思ったより暴れていたので、5/10
にしました。
ただ、20cm口径の限界なのか、好シーイングわりに画質の変化は
期待した程ではなく、どちらかと言えば残念な気分です。
