風が強い日であったが、以外と火星の模様が見えた。時折、雲が通過するため撮影が中断する。
西縁にオリンポス山が夕霧に包まれている。東縁には朝霧でもないと思うが経度方向に白い雲のようなものが見える。
南極冠には、ダストストームが出たが、この経度では確認できない。
