Tonight was a vast improvement on the frequently cloudy conditions of the 9th Feb! Seeing was rather good, consistently around AII-III even when low cloud passed over Mars. Powers of 312x and 400x were used to observe some fine details in Syrtis Major...
Drawing A: The NPC still very bright and smaller than in previous weeks. Boreosyrtis again prominent, and darker sections present within the region. Mare Cimmerium well placed on the disk,Aeolis very bright underneath. Cimmerium quite dark in the region immediately underneath Electris. Surrounding deserts of Zephyria,Aethiopius and Cebrenia rather bright. Elysium noticeable (but not as bright as usual) and bordered by Phlegra and Aetheria the later of which manifests itself as a darker of the two streaks. Libya also fairly bright..Syrtis Major coming onto the disk,Mare Tyrrhenum and Mare Hadriacum quite dark and prominent.
2003UT: Examined Mars in blue light at 312x (S=AIII),strongly suspect an equatorial cloud which shows up better in blue light. NPC and Eridania bright in blue light.
2013UT: Examined Mars in Orange Light at 250x (S=AIII),dark features (especially Tyrrhenum and Hadriacum) dominate.
2033UT-2245UT: No Observations
2246UT: Image definition good, using a power of 400x. Frequent patchy cloud coming in.
Drawing B: At 400x,Mars is simply stunning and plenty of fine details stand out. Syrtis Major now well on view- the proc. side is noticeably darker. The start of Sinus Sabeus is observed, both the Mare Tyrrhenum an Hadriacum seem to be the darkest features of the region. Iapigia a brighter region beneath Hellas. Hellas more prominent tonight- perhaps clouds present? Certainly both Eridania,Ausonia and Hellas have a bluish tint as does the NPC.
2300UT: Thick clouds passing over Mars bring observations to a stop.
2355UT: Cloud cover now total! There seemed little point in continuing as it is now snowing!

For sake of completness here is an RGB from last night taken in moderate to poor seeing and the session terminated by clouds again.

Reasonable seeing. Syrtis Major was nicely presented, showing dense clouds over Aeria, extending over Syrtis forming a weak ECB. Nice Elysium orographic clouds.
