Kenkichi.Yunoki (260mm Newtonian)
昨日に比べ北極冠のフリンジがはっきりしない。1日での変化が激しい。

Similar view as on the 15th May,but with Solis Lacus better displayed. Interestingly, there seemed to be a bright region within Solis Lacus itself- a bright cloud? Chryse and the Proc. limb were bright, and there seemed to be bright clouds in the Tharsis region again; although the faint line observed on the 15th was not in evidence at all!
NPC very small and looks as though it encroaches into the Lowell band- presumably the result of the retreating NPC.
