USA-129-KH perigee pass 09/10 high-res image
______________________________________________
KH-constellation satellites are kind of secret Hubble-telescopes but pointed at the Earth. We can't observe the real Hubble from
our northern latitudes, but these 'brothers' enables us to see what we can capture of such a telescope. First result (long promised)
of one of the favorable perigee passes of USA-129 over the past time. Shown are 2 processing levels. Hubble-shape is recognizable!
Orbit of USA-129 is 289.6 x 882.6 km,so this image is taken close to perigee but not
with the satellite straight overhead
