Simon Kidd (355mm Celestron SCT)
quite good conditions. Altitude at this time is now about 33 degrees.

Paul G. Abel(203mm reflector)
This observation is much better as I was not hampered by clouds! Seeing was fairly reasonable throughout, although the sky was rather bright towards the end of the observation.
A number of things of interest; the Great Red Spot was well spaced and seemed to me to have a dark grey boundary- I was unable to see the RSH only a dark grey region. The SEB was an interesting mixture of light and darker sections- there appeared to be what looked a little like a cut in the SEB just after the GRS; it was on closer inspection a light pinkish region with a darker greyish border- indeed there seemed to be a number of such regions in the southern part of the SEB thought not as prominent as this one. The colour in the GRS was rather subtle and the spot itself seems to have lost intensity since I last observed it.
The NEB was thin but clearly the darkest feature on the disk, the northern edge of the belt was both decidedly dark and irregular. The NPR appeared to be a little mottled, perhaps more so than the south. No intensity estimates or filter work done due to the bright sky.

Damian Peach (350mm Celestron SCT)
under good seeing conditions showing the GRS hemisphere.
The appearance in Methane band compared to last apparition is remarkable (see image link) with many changes.

Christopher Go (355mm SC)
Transparency was very poor this evening. There was haze in the sky and seeing was very variable.
The southern hemisphere of Jupiter is very active. The STrZ has a reddish streak on it. Note the large white oval on the SEB. The SEBn is very dark while there are a lot of oval activity on the SEBn.
The NEB is still dark. Note the dark red barge on the NTB.

Tomio Akutsu (355mm SC)
