Finally a clear morning after many days of poor weather. Fair seeing and
decidedly chilly for July at 50F. Oval BA is nicely placed looking very pale in colour.

The seeing was not quite as good as Saturday morning but was still good to very good at times. After this I headed back to the beach and so this is the last image with the 10" for a while.
Images taken with Skynyx color camera FYI.

Attached is a drawing I made with a 15" Newtonian Reflector.
Alas the seeing in Selsey was very variable, ranging from AII-V.
In the event I made two disk drawing and a strip drawing, but I was only confident with one drawing in the end (attached).
The main points of interest were as follows:
-SEB seemed to be of similar intensity to the NEB and contained a lot of dark grey structure which was rather hard to define. SEBz was a yellowish colour
-Two dark barges present in the NEBn, the northern edge of the NEB was rather curved and irregular rather than a uniform band.
-A small dark section was present in the NNTB immediately under one of the dark barges.
-The STB seemed a little vague and ill defined as did much of the disk south of the STZ,
-A number of festoons p-resent in the EZ of a distinct bluish colour
