This is an image from September 30,2012,under good seeing conditions for my location.
Lots of details are visible in the NEB.
The ringed red oval in the North has a smaller companion. Also,
there is a brighter disturbance in the northern part of the NEB at the CM.

T.Ishibashi (310mm Reflector) |
台風の後で、透明度は良いもののシーイングはひどいものでした。
RSとその上のBAが分離できません。

Imaged Jupiter this morning in ordinary seeing, have reasonable detail in both 742nm IR and RGB of the GRS & Oval BA regions.
Have attached 3 742nm IR data sets with an animation of the IR data.
Have attached 2 RGB's which make an interesting comparison as one of them is over 11 min's and derotated in WinJUPOS.
