Condition was terrible today. Seeing was average but transparency was awful because of clouds. The GRS is almost circular from it's normal elliptical shape. IT has a strong orange color.
The wake of the GRS on the SEB looks very complex.
TAlso the halo of the GRS seems to be widening!
TNote the dark spot on the S3TB south of the GRS. The NEB looks quiet in this region.[Christopher Go : Cebu Philippines]
