Pete Lawrence(355mm SC)
Fairly steady seeing for a change on the night of Jan 30/31 for a change.
Nicely timed for the GRS to be on disc too!

[Pete Lawrence: United Kingdom]

Christopher Go (355mm SC)
It has been a long time since my last image of Jupiter.
Conditions had been very bad since my last image.
This also comes at a very difficult time for my family because my dad passed away recently.
Seeing was average this evening compounded by clouds. I had to image through clouds.
I am testing a new camera for this image.
The NEBn Oval Z is now back to white in color. The NEB looks quiet in this region.
Note the long dark barge on the NTB. The small oval above Oval Z has a light red tinge.
The SEB looks quiet here. The South Polar red spot is visible here.

Hidetugu Hashino(305mm Newtonian)
風が強く、モニターの中の画像は、右に左にと、踊った状態でシーイングも最初なんとか見られましたが、
徐々に酷くなり、早めに撤収でした。衛星はエウロパです。

Tiziano Olivetti(410mm Dall Kirkham)
Under variable seeing and poor transparency.

Some good seeing at last here in the South UK.
Jupiter imaged early on 31st Jan showing the darkening 'eyebrow' over the GRS.
This was easily visible at the eyepiece above a vivid GRS. SPR looks darker than I remember.

Here is an image from early on 31st Jan.
Had to drop the gain down to mid 60s to avoid vertical banding noise with the ASI 120MM.
Never saw this with the DMK21??
