北東方向からの風で鏡筒が揺れ、撮影に苦労しましたは、
シーイングは改善傾向でした。

Imaged Jupiter Feb 20th. The IR data turned out quite good with a high level of resolved detail but the R,G & B channels were disappointing.
Have also attached an IR animation of 3 data sets over the 46 minutes of the session.
The IR resolves a small bright oval in the SPR,this is highlighted in the animation.
There are 4 small bright ovals in the SSTB,2 toward the P limb and 2 coming in from the F limb.
There is a quite smooth band running through the centre of the SEB while the line of tiny ovals along the Northern edge of the SEB are well seen.
There are several quite extravagant festoons impinging into the EZ from the NEB. I also note a largish diffuse oval far down in the NPR.

2月20日の木星画像を報告します。
今回は珍しく雲に邪魔されずに撮像出来ると思ったのですが、撮像開始から2時間過ぎた頃から
雲が出始め、30分後にはいつもの様に撮像不能になってしまいました。
今回から、青フイルタ−での画像も追加してみました。
尚、カラ−画像はカメラの不調で1枚のみになってしまいました。

It's normal for me not to get on Jupiter until just before opposition because of the mountains to my immediate east.
This year it was delayed further by lots of bad weather,clouds and horrible seeing this winter.
Finally I got a break on Feb. 20. You can see the results at:
