For now onwards I will have a new way to plot the maps in the L3 system:
North on top and "equirectangular" projection, according the standards
used by the astronomers.

I tried to identify some reference features; if necessary I will fix the
names step by step, when new measurements will be collected.

I named as North Red Spot (NRS) the new noticeable spot close to the
NEBn (John, is it ok for you?).
