解説（安達）
　タイのTiziano Olivetti氏は素晴らしい画像をレポートされた。青画像によれば、
低緯度地方の氷晶雲の姿がはっきり写っており、濃淡も読み取れる。それによれば
Cryse（W30,+10）・Xanthe(W40,+10)付近で、南に蛇行している様子が
記録されている。これは毎回起こっていることだ。南半球に白く見えているのはArgyre
の盆地でHellasと同じ条件になって白雲に覆われている様子が確認できた。NPCも
夜明け側に雲の出ていることが分かる。暗い模様については普通の姿で、変化は見ら
れない。日本からも、Mridiani付近が見られた。気流が今一つよくなく、Meridiani
とMargaritifer Sinusとは、分離して見えない。リムが明るくなっている様子が確認
できた。
A splendid image was reported to Mr. Tiziano Olivetti. The water ice
 cloud of the region in a low latitude district appears in the blue
 image clearly, and the light and shade are seen, too. According to
 it, the state that water ice cloud meanders through to the south is
 recorded near Cryse(W30,+10), Xanthe(W40,+10). This is a figure
 happening every time. It is a basin of Argyre to look white in the
 Southern Hemisphere. It becomes the condition same as Hellas, 
and here is covered by white cloud. NPC understands the state that
 the cloud appears on the side at the daybreak. The dark design is a
 normal figure, and the change is not seen. From Japan, I was able
 to observe the neighborhood of Mridiani. Seeing condition is not
 enough good, and it does not seem that I separate 
with Meridiani and Margaritifer Sinus. A rim was able to confirm the
 state that became bright.

Good transparancy but modest seeing due to wind
