解説（安達）
　Jean Jacques Poupeau氏の画像を見ると、Hellasに白雲が記録されて
いる。画像をよく観察すると白雲の中心が若干北寄りになっているように見えるが
はっきりしない。Syrtisの北半分が雲によって淡くなって見えている。

　White cloud is recorded in Hellas when I look at the image of
 Mr. Jean Jacques Poupeau. The north seems to stop by some 
center of the white cloud when I observe images well. However,
 I do not become clear. It becomes light and can see northern
 half of Syrtis by a cloud.

The  seeing was very bad and the transparency was average.
The planet was only 23° elevation.
