解説（安達）
Clyde Foster氏のカラー画像には赤いマーキングがあり、その位置のターミネーターが浮
き上がっているように記録されている。また、その北方にも低いふくらみがあるように見える。
これらのふくらみの間には暗部があること。マーキングの方はOlympus Monsの雲の端だと思
われる。また、同じ画像にはErysium付近にピンク色の雲が記録された。
一方、TharsisからXanthe付近は小さな白雲がたくさん見られている。
There is a red marking to the color image of Mr. Clyde Foster and is
recorded so that the terminator of the position rises. In addition, there
seems to be low swelling in the north. There is shade between these
swelling. The swelling of the marking is thought to be the edge of cloud
of Olympus Mons. In addition, a pink cloud was recorded to the same
image near Erysium.
On the other hand, a lot of small white cloud is seen in the neighborhood
of Xanthe from Tharsis.

Conditions quite a bit better this morning. Image a bit over processed,which is always tempting when conditions are a bit better. I have marked a feature on the eastern limb. It could be an artifact,but looks like it is "floating" slightly off the limb. Seems to be most evident in the G image. Reiichi KONNAI has kindly commented on the "Elysium Pink cloud",which he believes to be an albedo feature on the west flank of Elysium Mons and references one of Christophes images from 6 March 2012,on the CMO LTe.

ようやく、まともに火星を撮影することができました。

気流が大変悪く、詳細は分からない。氷晶雲の見やすい位置なので
観測をしてみたが、残念な条件だった。以前よりも氷晶雲は淡くなっているようで、
ぱっと見て気が付かない状況だった。しかし、単に気流が悪くなっただけの
影響かも知れない。南極フードがずいぶん明るくなってきた。

The seeing was reasonable without being able to focus very sharply on the
darker features, but we expect Mars to be more promising the closer we get
towards opposition & (hopefully!) the better seeing conditions as the year
progresses..!.
