解説（安達）
大杉氏とAnthony Wesley氏と堀内氏はHellasの南東部に明るい
雲をとらえた。これは4月22日にHellasの南西に見えた雲のベルトと同じ
位置になる。注目されるのは、堀内氏のＩＲ画像でとらえられていること
である。よほど濃いものか、地表に何か降り積もるなどしたもののようだが
はっきりしない。
Mr. Osugi and Mr. Anthony Wesley and Mr. Horiuchi caught t
he cloud which was well acquainted with the southeastern part
of Hellas. This becomes the position same as the belt of the
cloud seen to the southwest of Hellas on April 22. A phenomenon
to attract attention is that it was caught with an IR image of Mr.
Horiuchi. It is like thing which laid thick on the surface of the
earth,but it is not obvious whether it is very dark.

雲が多く、シーイングも良くないのですが、何とか撮れました。
眼視では、ヘラスが眩しいくらい白く輝いて見えています。

良く晴れていましたが上空は風が強いようで真冬のようなシーイングでした。

Under very good conditions. Syrtis Major can be seen in the middle of the image,with Hellas below it containing clouds. Elysium is setting at right,also covered in cloud.

ヘラスの雲とヘラスから東に延びるフードが非常によく目立った。一見極冠のように
見えるため、南北の軸が傾いて見えるため、観測中にしばしば傾きを確認しての観測
となった。
シルチスは朝、雲の下から顔を出してくるため、出初めは雲のために淡くなって大変
見えづらい。色彩も青っぽく見える。エリシウムは肉眼では白く見えないが、画像では
著しく白く処理されてしまう。肉眼では白さはターミネーターに近づくまではそれほど目立
たず、肉眼と画像の差異を強烈に感じる。

Equippment was a 150/1800 Mak (Skywatcher), 2-x Barlow Lens and
ALCCD5L-IIc. 15000 Images captured in 300 seconds, (mid of video
is 01:35:24 UT) with Firecapture, 75% used with Autostakkert2,
including 1,5x Drizzel, Image processing with Giotto 2.21.
Seeing was stable with 5/10, Transparency 6/10.
